The world of coffee is like a pyramid. All of the coffee that Colonna selects and curates sits right up the top of that pyramid. The coffees in this genre are the glint at the very tip of the apex. These coffees are sought after and by their very nature are in short supply.

This honey processed Sidra from the prize-winning Finca Maputo is a result of expertise at the very highest level. Located at the western foothills of the Andes mountains, it’s unique micro-climate amidst the Ecuadorian cloud-forests has been the perfect place to cultivate specialty crops since it’s establishment in 2011.
Typically a purple-fruit driven, sparkling acidity affair, this season’s offering presents more red fruits with a brighter, more delicate cup profile. With only 100 kilos produced we are extremely lucky to have secured this lot to showcase for 2021.
