Current - El Placer Sebastian Ramirez Natural

A deep, process-forward Colombian with condensed sweet florals throughout the cup.

A native of Quindio, Sebastian Ramirez’s life took a turn six years ago when he had to finish his seventh semester of law and take over the family farm. Things were tight on the farm and he dedicated himself to improving the lot of the family and workers on the estate, and it is now his greatest joy.

By renting half of the land, creating a hostel in their 350 year-old house and putting together an experience from sed to cup, they managed to keep the farm running. Sebastian has now established himself as one of the most well-known producers in Colombia, with a motivation to leave a legacy of excellence and retain the quality associated with the El Placer farm.
