This Rosado, grown by Linarco Rodriguez, is fully-washed with an extended 36-hour fermentation. The combination of processing and the high-altitude volcanic soils of Huila contributes to a unique cup profile, characterised by its unique depth, and an aromatic intensity akin to the Gesha cultivar.

Linarco and his family have developed their 10.5-hectare farm over 25 years, focusing on quality and innovative practices in Colombian coffee farming, helping them consistently produce coffee that stands out for its clarity and complexity.
