We offer flexible subscriptions that are automatically delivered on your chosen schedule. Standard subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time.

We don't source many coffees from Sumatra, as the often used wet-hulled process tends to create earthy, savoury and herbaceous profiles. That said, we remain open-minded and keen to find high-quality lots from all origins. Aceh Gayo is a great example of that. Through natural processing, its producers have retained the generous body and bold fruit we associate with Indonesian coffee, while creating a cup of remarkable complexity and winey depth.

- We use valveless bags.
- We roast based on demand and dispatch your order no more than 14 days from roast.
- We recommend consuming the coffee within three months (unopened).
- We recommend waiting at least one week off roast to brew for a more balanced, optimal cup profile.
- Once opened, we recommend using within 2 weeks.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
