Grown under the shade of guamos and cambulos in Tolima, Colombia, this washed Gesha undergoes a 36-hour dry fermentation—resulting in a syrupy texture, bright sweetness, and gentle florals.
For over two decades, farmer Einar Ortiz Falla has dedicated himself to elevating coffee quality on his family land, drawing on traditions passed down through parents and grandparents. In 2005, he co-founded the ASOSEAS co-op alongside 26 fellow producers, aiming to share resources and improve standards in the region.
Einar’s commitment to every detail—from picking at peak ripeness to refining drying processes on covered patios—has continually enhanced the calibre of his coffees. His farm represents a lifetime of work and learning, where each harvest builds on the last. This Gesha is a product of tradition and innovation, reflecting the steadily evolving landscape of Colombian coffee and Einar’s pursuit of excellence.
