The coffees curated in the foundation genre are balanced and clean. They will be complex with low bitterness and a pleasing acidity. Flavour like this can only be achieved by growing the right coffee in the right place and paying meticulous attention to detail during the harvesting process.

If you love milk in coffee we recommend combining our short capsule with steamed or warmed milk. Our long capsules produce a delicate, filter-like coffee which is best experienced without milk.
This fully washed Sidamo hails from southern Ethiopia’s Guji zone, a region traditionally famous for unruly, naturally-processed coffees. Layo Tiraga is a far more delicate beast, which is why we’re so excited by it.

Mi Bendicion is a small farm located in the Intibuca Department of Honduras, owned by Victoria Cocepcion. At 2.5 hectares, the farm only produces 25 bags a year of this Lempira variety and we have snapped up most of it.
This washed coffee is round and complex, showcasing the depth of praline and soft spice, accompanied by juicy notes of red apple and honeysuckle.
