This fully washed mixed varietal lot is rich and fruity with a soft spice finish, offering a balanced and moreish cup.
From the Democratic Republic of the Congo, this coffee is grown at 1,700-1,900 MASL by the SOPACDI cooperative at the Murambi Micro-Station. Cherries for this lot are depulped and fermented in open-air tanks for 12–18 hours before being soaked, washed, and dried for 20–30 days. The careful processing enhances the traditional spicy and chocolatey profile with an abundance of fruit, making it a standout among high-quality DRC coffees.
