Sourced from renowned farms like El Durazno and Rabanales, each contributes its unique characteristics. The Ventura family and their partners use a sugarcane decaffeination process, preserving the coffee’s complexity and distinctness. With over a decade of collaboration behind this decaf, it captures the rich flavours of Guatemala.
