This coffee is the result of cooperative efforts in Cajamarca, an area celebrated for its coffee, cultivated at altitudes of 1350 - 1890 MASL. Harvested from May to September last year and processed through traditional washing techniques, the coffee achieves a flavour profile that is both cohesive and complex, with a layered nature that reflects the mixed variety lot.
The cooperative's alliance with the El Oso Project underscores a dual commitment to quality coffee production and environmental conservation.
