Current Coffee
Abadatezuka Natural, Rwanda
A balanced and clean natural coffee, this fruit-forward Rwandan offers pleasant stone fruit acidity.
This Bourbon was sourced as a microlot, something still relatively rare in Rwanda, where coffees have traditionally been processed in large mills with limited traceability. Microlots allow for greater precision, enabling us to trace the coffee back to specific cooperatives and washing stations, and are selected based on cup quality. We notice that these lots are offering distinct flavour profiles that contrast with the typical earthy, spicy profiles with red fruit acidity from Rwanda.
