Resting high on the western slopes of the Cordillera mountains, El Zacatin has become a beacon for speciality coffee in the Antioquia region of Colombia. The cherries undergo selective handpicking and quality sorting prior to 24 hour aerobic fermentation in tanks. After another sealed anaerobic fermentation they are dried on raised beds.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once open we recommend using within 7 days.
