This naturally processed Chicho Gallo is characterised by a syrupy body, vibrant fruity acidity, and excellent clarity.

Hartmann Chicho Gallo Natural is cultivated at Finca Hartmann, a family-run farm located in the Santa Clara region of Panama's Chiriqui highlands (1,250-1,600 MASL). Known for its commitment to sustainable practices and conservation, the Hartmann family has been growing coffee in harmony with nature for over five decades.

The Chicho Gallo variety thrives under the shade of native rainforest trees, benefiting from the region's rich volcanic soils and diverse microclimates. This lot is naturally processed, with ripe cherries carefully handpicked and subsequently turned thrice daily whilst drying on African raised beds for 14 days.
