Pico Mirante Natural Icatu, Brazil
A well-balanced, medium-bodied Icatu with gentle fruit acidity and plenty of sweetness.
Pico Mirante, translates to “highest viewpoint” in English, overlooks Adolfo Henrique’s beloved farm, Passeio. Due to the steep terrain, Adolfo has chosen to hand-pick his cherries, departing from the region’s reliance on mechanical harvesters. While this decision was largely shaped by the farm’s topography, it also enhances the overall quality and consistency of his coffees.
