A moreish mixed varietal natural, featuring the H-17 variety—a first-generation hybrid of T5296 and Rume Sudan—known for its resilience and depth of flavour, naturally processed at 1,000 MASL. This coffee is rich in stewed fruits, winey notes, with an intriguing spicy finish.
Finca Victoria is a key part of the Borgonovo family's long history in coffee, located in the Balsamo Mountain range known for its excellent conditions for growing coffee. The farm grows the H-17 variety, a pioneering hybrid, developed with the help of experts from the French CIRAD research institute. The natural processing of this coffee includes fermenting in tanks for 6-8 hours and drying on clay patios. This careful process brings out a unique complexity in the coffee, highlighting the Borgonovo family's commitment to producing exceptional Salvadoran coffee.
