El Chinchin Gesha, Peru, 150g (Gesha)

A fully washed Gesha from El Chinchin, located at 1,850 MASL in Cajamarca, Peru, offers a refreshing cup profile characterized by Bergamot and floral notes, complimented by a smooth acidity and subtle fruity sweetness.

El Zacatin Chiroso Natural, Colombia, 150g (Rare)

Cultivated at 2,100 MASL, this naturally processed chiroso displays layers of complexity, with hints of red berry fruit and a vibrant acidity.

Victoria Natural H-17, El Salvador, 250g (Discovery)

A moreish mixed varietal natural, featuring the H-17 variety—a first-generation hybrid of T5296 and Rume Sudan—known for its resilience and depth of flavour, naturally processed at 1,000 MASL. This coffee is rich in stewed fruits, winey notes, with an intriguing spicy finish.

Madan Estate AA, Papua New Guinea, 250g (Foundation)
