An exceptional Gesha from Inmaculada, grown at 1,700-2,000 MASL, undergoing anaerobic natural processing, displaying a unique tropical and citric profile.

Linarco Rodriguez, Colombia, 150g (Rare)

A complex Colombian Rosado from Finca El Diviso, with impressive depth and heady aromatics. Cultivated at 1,700 MASL, this coffee is fully washed followed by an extended 36-hour fermentation.

Las Laderas Pacamara, El Salvador, 250g (Discovery)

This fully-washed and sun-dried Pacamara, grown between 1,400 - 1,800 MASL, delivers a clean and bright cup with a lingering, sweetly balanced acidity, characteristic of its El Salvadoran, high-altitude, volcanic origins.

Las Nubes, Nicaragua, 250g (Foundation)

Within Nicaragua's Cordillera Isabelia, we have Las Nubes, a mixed varietal washed lot grown at 1,100 – 1,500 MASL. This coffee delivers a cup profile that is rich and balanced, with a pleasant gentle acidity and sweet finish.
