The Next Level Pulsar Brewer is a collaborative creation between Next Level and astrophysicist Jonathan Gagné. This manual coffee brewer is designed to offer precise control over the brewing process, allowing users to customise their coffee extraction to suit personal preferences.

• Flow Control Valve: The Pulsar Brewer includes a flow control valve that enables complete control over agitation and flow rate. It also allows for water retention during the blooming phase, providing flexibility in brewing techniques.

• No Water Bypass Design: By eliminating water bypass, the brewer ensures that all water interacts uniformly with the coffee grounds. This design promotes consistent brewing and a richer, more robust flavour profile.

• Dispersion Cap for Diffused Pouring: Equipped with a carefully designed dispersion cap, the brewer facilitates diffused pouring. This feature ensures a uniform wetting of the coffee grounds at the start of the brew.

• High Versatility: The combination of the flow control valve and the no bypass design offers a wide range of brewing possibilities, including various combinations of immersion and percolation methods.

• Heat Retention: Made from thermally stable plastic and featuring a dispersion cap, the Pulsar Brewer maintains higher slurry temperatures, which can enhance the extraction process.

• Suitable for Tea Brewing: In addition to coffee, the brewer is ideal for steep-and-release tea brewing, including traditional Chinese gong-fu methods.

• Portable Design: Weighing less than half a pound, the Pulsar Brewer is lightweight and suitable for travel. It does not require a special kettle for optimal performance.
