LRR Subscription Terms & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE:
  • First payment will be taken on the date the subscription is purchased.
  • Fulfilment of the first order will begin in the week beginning 20/02/2023.
  • Subsequent payments will be taken in the first two weeks of the launch month for each following Limited Release Rare (the “LRR”) in 2023, depending on date of original purchase.

    LRR release months are currently planned as:

    May - August - November
  • These dates are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any changes via email within appropriate time.
  • There will be 4 LRR’s in total in 2023 (including the first purchase).
  • A single subscription reserves a single bag of each LRR in 2023.
  • Individual LRR transactional products at the time of each launch will have varying purchase costs. Your fixed-fee subscription provides a £12 saving over the year, assuming the full Subscription Term is completed.

Releases will be shipped individually and will not be combined with other orders/subscriptions.

Further LRR 2023 subscriptions may not be added during the Subscription Term.

These terms and conditions govern your agreement with Colonna Ltd for a Limited Release Rare 2023 subscription (the “Subscription”). By choosing to purchase the Subscription you accept these supplementary terms and conditions, in particular the 4 payment subscription term (the “Term”). These supplementary terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service, which can be viewed at colonnacoffee.com/pages/terms-of-service.

1. How much is it? 

1.1 Your Subscription has a fixed cost which will be charged to you through a Recurring Fee. The Recurring Fee is a fixed fee, with an added shipping cost depending on the shipping location provided, and shipping service selected, at the time of purchase.

1.2 The first Recurring Fee will be payable at the time you sign up to the Subscription. The Recurring Fee may be paid by debit/credit card.

2. Security checks

2.1 To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we reserve the right to validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. We also reserve the right to perform a credit check. By accepting these supplementary terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal data provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information.

3. What’s included in the Subscription?

3.1 When you purchase a Subscription, you agree to pay the Recurring Fee for the Term of 4 payments, for the receipt of 4 deliveries, each of a single bag of 150g LRR 2023 coffee, whole bean, roasted for filter.

4. Cooling off period

4.1 You have the right to change your mind and cancel your Subscription, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the start of your Subscription activation.

 4.2 To exercise your right you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement during the Cooling Off Period. Please contact our Customer Support Team via email at help@colonnacoffee.com

4.3 If you cancel your subscription within the Cooling Off Period before any product is shipped, a full refund will be issued for the first payment. Please contact our Customer Support Team via email at help@colonnacoffee.com

4.4 If you cancel your Subscription during the Cooling Off Period, we will cancel your subscription and you will not be liable for the cancellation fee.

4.5 We will repay you using the same method of payment as you used to pay us. You will not incur any fees as a result of the repayment.

4.6 We will make the repayment without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after you inform us of your intention to cancel.

5. How long does the Subscription last?

5.1 The Subscription will continue for 4 Recurring Fee payments. The Subscription will terminate automatically after these 4 payments. It can be terminated early by sending a request email to help@colonnacoffee.com at any time, however you may then be liable for the cancellation fee.

6. Terminating your Subscription

6.1 If your Subscription is terminated at any time during the Term without agreement by Colonna Ltd. you will be liable for the cancellation fee. You will not be entitled to a refund for any Recurring Fees already paid at the date of termination.

6.2 This does not affect your statutory right to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of the Subscription activation (see 4.1 - Cooling Off Period).

7. Failed Payments

7.1 If you fail to pay the Recurring Fee when due, Colonna’s system will reattempt collection until successful for three consecutive days. Any outstanding balance will be carried forward such that the next payment will be for the previous and current Recurring Fee payments. Colonna Ltd will freeze access to your Colonna account after two failed Recurring Fee payments until such payment is made. If payment is still outstanding 60 days after the Recurring Fee was due, Colonna Ltd may treat this as your giving notice of termination. You will have to pay the appropriate cancellation fee as set out at 6.1 above if the termination takes effect before the end of the Term. 

8. Who can subscribe?

8.1 Customers must be at least 18 years old. There is a maximum of five Subscriptions per person.

9. Terms Of Use

9.1 Colonna reserves the right to change the subscription terms and conditions periodically and at our discretion. We will provide appropriate notification to subscribers affected by any such change.

9.2 Each lot is currently secured, however, coffees and release dates are subject to change for reasons of non-delivery, damage in transit or any other mitigating factor deemed negatively-impactful by Colonna. All LRR subscribers would be notified of any such changes prior to shipping.
