These terms and conditions (the “Supplementary Terms”) govern your agreement with Colonna Ltd for the Limited Release Rare 2025 subscription (the “Subscription”). By purchasing the Subscription, you accept these Supplementary Terms, in particular the 4-payment subscription term (the “Term”). These Supplementary Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Structure & Cost

1.1 Recurring Fee
Your Subscription has a fixed Recurring Fee that covers your 150g bag of Limited Release Rare coffee for each of the four scheduled deliveries in 2025.
1.2 Shipping
Shipping charges are separate and applied to each shipment at the time of payment. These charges vary based on shipping destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.
1.3 Payment Timeline

• The first recurring fee + shipping will be charged at the time you sign up.
• Subsequent payments (recurring fee + shipping) will be taken in the first two weeks of each LRR launch month (currently May, August, November), depending on your original purchase date.

2. Security Checks

2.1 To ensure that your credit, debit, or charge card is not used without your consent, we reserve the right to validate your name, address, and other personal information against appropriate third-party databases. We may also perform a credit check. By accepting these Supplementary Terms, you consent to such checks.
2.2 In performing these checks, personal data you provide may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information.

3. What’s Included

3.1 Upon purchasing the Subscription, you agree to pay the Recurring Fee for four deliveries, each containing a single 150g bag of our 2025 LRR coffee, whole-bean, roasted for filter.
3.2 The coffees are scheduled for release in February, May, August, and November 2025 (subject to change).
3.3 Each shipment is dispatched individually and will not be combined with other orders/subscriptions.

4. Cooling-Off Period

4.1 You have the right to cancel your Subscription without giving any reason within 14 days from the date your Subscription activates (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
4.2 To exercise this right, inform us clearly in writing within the 14-day period. Please email help@colonnacoffee.com.
4.3 If you cancel before any product is shipped, we will issue a full refund of your first payment.
4.4 Cancelling during the Cooling-Off Period means you will not be liable for the cancellation fee.
4.5 We will refund you using the same payment method you used originally, with no extra fees.
4.6 We will process this refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel.

5. Subscription Duration

5.1 The Subscription will continue for 4 Recurring Fee payments and will terminate automatically after the fourth payment.
5.2 You may terminate earlier by notifying us at help@colonnacoffee.com, but doing so may incur the cancellation fee (see Section 6).

6. Cancellation & Cancellation Fee

6.1 Cancellation Fee: £39.00
If you terminate the Subscription before the end of the Term (outside the 14-day Cooling-Off Period and without agreement by Colonna Ltd), you will be liable for a £39.00 cancellation fee.
6.2 Any Recurring Fees paid up to the date of termination are non-refundable.
6.3 This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days (see Section 4).

7. Failed Payments

7.1 If your payment fails, our system will reattempt collection for three consecutive days.
7.2 Any outstanding balance will be carried forward, so the next payment due may include both the previous and current Recurring Fees (plus shipping).
7.3 If you fail to pay for two consecutive attempts, Colonna Ltd may freeze access to your account until payment is made.
7.4 If payment is still outstanding 60 days after it was due, Colonna Ltd may treat this as termination of your Subscription, and you will be liable for the £39.00 cancellation fee if it occurs before the Term ends.

8. Who Can Subscribe

8.1 Age
Subscribers must be at least 18 years old.
8.2 Maximum Subscriptions
A maximum of five Subscriptions per person applies.
8.3 Additional 2025 LRR Subscriptions
Further 2025 LRR Subscriptions cannot be added during the Subscription Term.

9. Other Important Details

9.1 Changes to Terms
Colonna Ltd may update these Supplementary Terms periodically. We will notify any affected subscribers of material changes.
9.2 Changes to Coffees & Release Dates
Each lot is currently secured; however, coffees and release dates are subject to change due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., non-delivery, damage in transit). We will notify LRR subscribers of any such changes prior to shipping.
