In order to ensure that you get your coffee in time for Christmas, this year Colonna's last retail roast day before Christmas will be Monday the 19th of December. This means that orders that need to arrive before Christmas must be placed on or before Sunday the 18th of December. For capsule and equipment orders the last order date is the 21st of December, all orders must be placed on or before this date.
If your subscription renews after the 18th or 21st but you want your coffee to arrive before Christmas, you can adjust your delivery schedule accordingly. Simply sign in to your Colonna account, click on Manage Subscriptions, then Delivery Schedule and move your next delivery to a date before the 18th for beans or the 21st for capsules.
The roastery will be closed between the 25th and 27th of December (inclusive), this also means our support team will be unavailable during this time. We then reopen from the 28th - 30th (inclusive) and then close again until the 2nd of January.
