Papua New Guinea is an origin with much untapped potential, this wonderful coffee is made up of a selection of small coffee gardens in the Eastern highlands. After harvesting, the coffee is semi washed and sun dried. In the cup it delivers a malty and chocolatey backbone with light floral notes of lavender and hints of clementine.

This is a washed lot from farmer Mr. Yisela Peso. The coffee is processed at the La Victoria farm situated in the Huila region of Colombia. Floral aromas combine with notes of red apple and milk chocolate, producing a clean and juicy cup.
