The La Pradera four-generation family farm in the Santander region of Colombia is located near the second largest canyon in the world, the Chicamocah, creating a unique microclimate of warm breezes and cooling rainfall perfect for coffee growing. A focus on sustainable land use, organic practices and a deep respect for the land lies at the heart of all that La Pradera produce.

Now joined by eight other farms, a QC lab, and numerous wet and dry mills, state-of-the-art equipment including eco-washers and pre-drying decks with solar and mechanical dryers allow utmost control of processing for numerous varieties grown on the farm.

This honey-processed Wush Wush lot has a complex herbaceous profile, with notes of eucalyptus, lemongrass and set-honey.
