Dual resin filtration for high-performance softening and optimal extraction.

The Precision Filter utilises both cation and anion resins in a dual ion bed. In combination with the Peak Water bypass system, this enables significant mineral reduction and water softening, creating low-alkalinity brewing water, ideal for precision coffee extraction.

The Precision Filter significantly lowers total dissolved solids (TDS), softening the water more than the Endurance Filter, while maintaining a stable pH throughout its lifespan. This superior filtration comes with a shorter lifespan and fewer litres filtered, making it the ideal choice when maximum control over water composition is required.

The filter also contains activated carbon to reduce chlorine and unwanted compounds in the source water. All Peak Water products must be used only with potable water.

What’s the difference between Precision and Endurance Filters?
Compared to the Endurance Filter, the Precision Filter reduces mineral content and alkalinity more aggressively, but doesn’t last as long.

Simply use the test strip provided and the handy chart to select the best settings for your water. The Peak Water Precision Filter will then get to work on creating a cleaner, more consistent water profile to bring out the best in your coffee.

A fully recyclable solution

Peak Water Filters are designed to be fully recyclable. The resin inside each filter is infinitely regenerable by undergoing a professional procedure in Peak Water’s processing unit.

The plastic cases are recycled for use in other products, the biodegradable carbon is separated, and the resin is washed and regenerated.
