Northern Panama has become renowned for cultivating some of the highest-quality Gesha crops in the world, with Allan Hartmann and his family consistently at the forefront of the region's rise to fame. Having dedicated his life to producing exceptional and award-winning cup profiles, Allan’s attention to detail and meticulous approach to processing shine through in every stunning lot he shares.

Naturally processed, this lot was dried on raised African beds for 25 days and turned regularly, allowing even fermentation and exposure for the natural sugars found in the cherry. Using our nitro-seal packing line, the vibrancy of this special coffee will be captured for considerably longer before brewing.
