An exceptional Colombian Pink Bourbon Natural with smooth clean acidity and a complex, wine-like depth.

Nestor Lasso’s enthusiasm and pride for El Diviso's results can be seen through the huge leaps he has made to grow the farm’s reputation. At just 22 years old he is already heavily involved in the central coffee cooperatives, roasting, cupping, learning and making connections for his family.

Alongside his brother Adrian they have started experimenting with exotic varieties, micro-organisms and fermentation processes on the farm, with this Pink Bourbon lot undergoing a meticulous natural process. 80 to 90 hours of oxidation with heat control of up to 25 degrees begins the method, before submersion for a further 180 hours using specific microorganisms. This is concluded with a highly-monitored 15 to 20 days of sun drying.

          

Store in a cool, dry place.

In nitrogen-flushed, valveless bags, oxygen content is reduced to under 3%, preserving optimal quality for up to 9 months.

Once open we recommend using within 7 days.
