A shining light in the country’s relatively recent specialty coffee drive, Rony Lavan has spent his career carving out a space for the better, bolder coffees from the origin’s smaller producers. Through his passion and keen eye for identifying potentially top-scoring lots he has established himself at the forefront of microlot-quality coffees from the region.

With national competition wins already under his belt, we are excited to showcase more of his lots on the future, with this mixed-cultivar lot showing the wonderful potential of the region.
