Rocko Mountain is a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Gedeo Zone. Beans are hand-picked and left to sun-dry with their cherries still intact — resulting in bold fruit flavours and complex aromatics.
This coffee is the perfect addition to an espresso martini with notes of strawberry, peach and deep blueberry.
The original name for the drink that later became known as the Espresso Martini — containing only vodka, espresso and sugar (no coffee liqueur). The best way to mix this drink — especially when using exceptional coffee.
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with plenty of ice for 5 to 10 seconds. Strain in to a chilled rocks glass. No garnish.
An intense espresso beverage — bright and complex with a full-bodied intensity. Recommended shot weight 25g.
